Payment and Delivery Policy
Following a thirty day free trial the customer
completes the purchase online using the Westpac PayWay secure system. A
registration code / unlock is provided by return email.
Also, payment may be made by direct deposit or by
phone using a credit card.
Prices quoted are Australian Dollars and include
GST.
In the event of lost or damaged products, InfoTech
IT will provide a full replacement.
Refund Policy
InfoTech IT Pty Ltd only provide refunds if the
product has been misrepresented by an InfoTech IT Pty Ltd representative, or
the product does not do what is claimed and as provided under Fair Trading
Act and Australian law.
All software has a thirty (30) day period before it
is required to be registered, no refunds will be considered after the
software is registered.
On Selling InfoTech IT Pty Ltd Products
InfoTech IT Pty Ltd software products cannot be on
sold to another company by the licenced purchaser.
