The Customer Service Policy of InfoTech IT Pty Ltd forms an important part of the foundation for our staff interactions with the companies that elect to build their business around CavSoft products. Another part of our foundation is our determination to design, develop and deliver exciting and innovative software products that reduce costs for customers, increase their turnover and add profit to their balance sheet.

InfoTech IT do not allow third parties to gain any information collected from potential customers.

InfoTech IT Pty Ltd starts customer service with the first enquiry and continues through the sales process and then to the after sales in the form of product support.
